15-Day Returns
We offer a 15-day voluntary return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a voluntary return, your BooBlanket must be unused, unwashed, uncolored, and in substantially the same condition in which you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging, with all items and accessories originally included with your order.
A receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
These conditions apply to voluntary returns due to a change of mind. They do not limit your rights if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at Foliv.oficial@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and, when possible, photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Return eligibility for defective, damaged, or incorrect products is not dependent on the product being unused or in its original packaging where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Return Shipping
For voluntary returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order.
For defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution where required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns except where reimbursement is required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during a sale or promotion are covered by this 15-day voluntary return policy under the same eligibility requirements described above, unless a specific item is clearly identified as final sale and such a restriction is permitted by applicable law.
A sale, promotion, or discount does not remove any mandatory rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is normally to return the eligible product and place a new order after your return has been accepted.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us first so we can determine the appropriate replacement or other remedy.
Gifts
If an order was purchased as a gift, any approved monetary refund will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

Our 15-day return policy is a voluntary benefit offered by BooBlanket. It does not replace, restrict, waive, or reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to your purchase.
